SHIPPING POLICY
Synergy Safety Solutions Inc. (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://www.synergysafetysolution.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
GENERAL
Product to Synergy Safety Solutions Inc. is subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fullfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
SHIPPING COST
Free standard shipping is provided for all ordered shipped within North America. If you require special shipping methods, please contact a customer service representative for the availability of your request.
RETURNS
If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind on a product, Synergy Safety Solutions Inc will accept returns. The request for a return must be made within 14 days upon the receipt of the product. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the returns with their local shipping company/post office. We also suggest you use trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once the returned merchandise is received, quality checked and approved, Synergy Safety Solutions Inc. will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that it may take up to 7 days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.  

Please note: Free Shipping fee will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are welcomed on the product you ordered. Please see the previous "RETURNS" section for information about returns. If there is a price difference with the exchanged product, Synergy Safety Solutions Inc. will refund the difference if the new exchange product cost less than the original product. If the new product of exchange cost more, you will have to clear the balance before the product is shipped out.​

Please note that, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipments and coordinating the return of the product. Moreover, the customer is also responsible for the shipping cost for the new exchanged item. The new shipping fee balance as well as the outstanding exchanged product balance must be cleared before the new product is shipped out.​

In the event that Synergy Safety Solutions Inc. is at fault for shipping the wrong product to you. Synergy Safety Solutions Inc. will be responsible for all shipping cost. Customers will be required to pre-pay the returned shipping. Synergy Safety Solutions Inc. will reimburse you for the shipping cost.
WARRANTY RETURNS
Synergy Safety Solutions Inc. will honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of products. However, customers will be required to pre-pay the returned shipping, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. ​

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of a replacement product sent to you (if stock is available) or we will issue you a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that it may take up to 7 days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
DISPATCH TIME
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Synergy Safety Solutions Inc. encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.​

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Synergy Safety Solutions Inc. at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before we dispatch and ship your order, we can accept a cancellation. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our "RETURNS" section.
PROCESS FOR PARCEL DAMAGED IN-TRANSIT
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier complete their investigation into the claim.
PROCESS FOR PARCEL LOST IN-TRANSIT
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
